About Reiki
Reiki is a gentle Japanese energy-healing practice that channels universal life force energy through the practitioner’s hands to support physical, emotional, and spiritual balance. The word Reiki means “universal energy,” and this technique helps activate the body’s natural ability to heal itself.
Sessions are carried out with light touch or hands held just above the body. The energy flows intuitively to areas where it is most needed, soothing the nervous system, easing tension, and restoring calm to both mind and body.
