These Terms & Conditions govern your use of wellnessretreatcapetown.com and participation in any retreats or wellness programs offered by Wellness Retreat Cape Town.

By booking a retreat, you agree to these terms.


1. Retreat Booking Process

  • Bookings are submitted through our website form or via WhatsApp/email.

  • Once your chosen dates are confirmed, you will receive instructions for payment.

  • A reservation fee may apply before the consultation call (non-refundable).

  • A retreat deposit is required to secure your spot after the Program Consultation.

Your retreat is confirmed only after the deposit is received.


2. Payments

We accept:

  • Stripe (credit/debit card)

  • Bank transfer (upon request)

All payments must be completed within the agreed timeline.


3. Cancellation & Refund Policy

Client Cancellation

  • Deposit is non-refundable.

  • If you cancel 30+ days before the retreat: 50% of the remaining balance is refunded.

  • If you cancel less than 30 days before: no refund is provided due to reserved accommodation, partner bookings, and program preparation.

Retreat Provider Cancellation

If we must cancel due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., illness, severe weather, travel restrictions), you may choose:

  • A full refund excluding non-refundable third-party fees
    or

  • Transfer to a future retreat date at no extra cost.


4. Personal Responsibility & Health

By joining a retreat, you confirm that:

  • You are in suitable physical and emotional condition to participate

  • You will inform us of any medical, psychological, or physical conditions

  • You understand this retreat is not a substitute for medical or psychiatric treatment

We reserve the right to decline participation if safety concerns arise.


5. Travel Requirements

Participants are responsible for:

  • Flights

  • Visas (if applicable)

  • Travel insurance

  • Personal medical coverage

Airport transfers in Cape Town are included unless stated otherwise.


6. Accommodation & Meals

  • Accommodation is not included unless specified.

  • Meals follow the specific program guidelines (detox programs may include juices, soups, teas).

  • Dietary preferences should be communicated in advance.


7. Activities & Program Changes

Cape Town activities may be affected by weather or safety conditions.
We may adjust the schedule to ensure an optimal and safe experience.


8. Liability

We are not liable for:

  • Injuries caused by negligence or failure to follow instructions

  • Loss, theft, or damage of personal items

  • Delays or cancellations caused by airlines, weather, or third parties

Participants join the retreat at their own risk.
